Immediate Role Overview:
We are seeking Freshers for the role of Product Operation Executive into our growing team.
The ideal candidate will efficiently and effectively support customers using Supersourcing product.
He/she will be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance, and the role will be crucial in ensuring customer onboarding, satisfaction, and retention.
Job Responsibilities: 1.)
Customer Support:
Provide prompt and professional assistance to customers via various communication channels, such as phone, email, and live chat.
Ensure smooth onboarding of the customer into the product.
Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and technical issues regarding our products, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Identify and resolve customer problems by utilizing product knowledge and troubleshooting techniques.
Accurately document customer interactions in the customer support system, including issues raised and solutions provided.
Ensure maximum product adoption by taking feedback from customers 2.)
Product Knowledge:
Develop a deep understanding of Supersourcing product, including their features, functionalities, and technical specifications.
Stay up-to-date with product updates, enhancements, and new releases to support customers and provide accurate information effectively.
Conduct product testing and quality assurance to identify and document any bugs or issues encountered.
