Job Description : -
• Research, identify and capture data from the internet for procurement of products as per the requirement.
• Filter data as per the matrix given and set appointments/visits with the manufacturers. -Maintain complete data of vendor partners and build good business relations.
• complete Order Management in coordination with Sales Team, Dealers, Suppliers, Warehouse Team and Freight Forwarder for continual flow of material.
• Placing of Quotations and Sales Orders in SAP. -Ensuring material confirmation date from suppliers. Order Fulfillment & Lead Time measured as per the agreed OTD.
• Follow up with vendors for the readiness of the material. -Co-ordinating with warehouse for the picking and packing of shipment
