Inviting applications for the role of Process Associate/Process Developer, Reinsurance

We're looking for someone with a deep understanding of Reinsurance Balance Payable and Receivable and someone who can handle Reinsurance payments submission to AP/Treasury team, cash receipts processing, follow-ups with reinsurers/brokers.

Responsibilities
• Processing of Cash Receipts Entry, Disbursement Package review & submission to Treasury, Disbursement review & clearance of disbursement, Journal Voucher (JV) submission, Mark off/Offset and Reconciliation
• Working on Quantum, PeopleSoft & PRO systems
• Customer/Client communications

Qualifications we seek in you

Minimum qualifications
• Postgraduate / Graduate in quantitative sciences
• Ready to work on stretched working hours
• Basic understanding of Insurance & Reinsurance concepts
• Good quantitative skills & ability to analyze and observe things
• Ability to work independently & in larger teams extended to both Onshore & Offshore
• Ability to independently interact with internal and external customers
• Proficient in MS Excel
• Effective time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred qualifications
• Experience of working within offshore business partnerships is desirable.
• Good written and comprehension skills
• Eye for detail
• Proactive and ability to coordinate with different departments for inputs
• Time Management and flexibility to work different shifts
