Principal

1. Assigning subject wise classes periods to the teachers and monitoring their performance
2. Managing the exam schedule and ensuring the results declared on time. Also, to check at least 20% answer sheet of every teacher for every class in all the exams.
3. Facilitates opportunities to connect with students by being present and available during arrival and dismissal, by appearing at school functions, and by meeting with students.
4. Organise and participates in parent meetings once in a month and conferences and acts as intermediary between parents, teachers, and students to deal with a variety of needs or issues.
5. Observing classroom teaching practices on daily basis for at least one teacher per day.
6. Checking the student notebooks on weekly basis for every teacher as a sample basis for at least 20% of student
7. Ensuring the pupil- teacher ratio of 30:1 in each class
8. Providing a monthly report to the RM on the classroom observations vs the action taken
9. Ensuring the fluency of class 1 and 2 students to 40 words in Hindi with comprehension
10. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the RM.
11. Represents the school in community activities and meetings.
12. Respond immediately to concerns from parents and school administrators
