Responsibilities
• Minimum of 5 years experience with specific skills and knowledge of enterprise application servers, databases, and associated with dependent systems
• Advanced knowledge on server operating systems, server topologies, server hardware, and security
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word and Excel
• Detailed knowledge on network components and functions
• Preferred Retail (IT) experience
• Proven ability to meet established service levels, availability, performance, data privacy, and security guidelines
• Require good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure, accurately meet deadlines, and present a professional demeanor
• Proven ability to work independently and in a team, and manage multiple projects to meet various deadlines simultaneously
• Customer service skills, including the ability to manage and respond to different customer situations by maintaining a positive and friendly attitude
• Have key attributes like maintaining confidentiality, treating others with respect, and upholding Company values
• Organizational and problem-solving skills with ability to adjust to changing requirements
• Able to design primary application system to meet stakeholder requirements using accepted engineering standards
