• Australian Payroll expertise and experience
• Regular weekly, fortnight & monthly payroll payment preparation and processing for our Business Clients
• Excellent knowledge in MYOB, Xero & Quickbooks
• Excellent collaboration and consultation skills
• Calculation and processing of termination, redundancies, superannuation, and other ad-hoc payments
• Updating clients regarding fair work pay rates & industry standards
• Excellent knowledge regarding leave loading calculation
• Reconcile and calculate employees’ entitlements and superannuation
• Submitting pay run for every client via STP
• Responding to general payroll queries and providing support and advice to other members of the Payroll/HR team as required
• Reviewing, preparing and lodging payroll from source data, meeting strict deadlines as per companies’ payroll procedure
