2. Creating Oracle databases

3. Starting up and shutting down the database

4. Managing the database's storage structures, managing users and security

5. Making database backups and performing recovery when necessary

6. Proactively monitoring the database's health and taking preventive or corrective action as required

7. Monitoring and tuning performance

8. Oracle 12C certification is must
