Install, patch, upgrade, configure, tune and maintain the Oracle E-business Suite 12i and 11g/12c Oracle databases4.
Maintaining the Oracle E-business 12i application, the Oracle databases and PL/SQL code5. Serve as day-to-day technical lead for developers enhancements or problem resolutions. Analyze, design, develop, test and implement application enhancements6. Deploy code and setup changes to production7.
Participate in system administration and operational support (e.g., maintenance and support, reviewing and analyzing system logs and problem reports, adds, changes, backups, and file restores) and assist in monitoring of the system's performance and capacity planning8. Evaluates and implements new technologies, products and tools used in the application development environment9. Analyze performance issues in the application, concurrent manager and database tiers of E-Business Suite installations. Manage resources to provide assistance to development teams with tuning database queries, reviewing and testing patches, configuration and code migrations.
Develop purging, archiving, and cloning strategies10. Manage relationship with customers to understand customer and project needs and priorities11. Installing and maintaining the Oracle database software. Creating storage database structures with high-level security features.12.
Altering storage structures to meet the evolving needs of the company. Setting up database user accounts.13. Training users on how to access the information in the database.14. Finding and debugging malfunctioning programs affecting the database integrity.
