Operations Executive Intern

Selected Intern’s day to day responsibilities:
1) Respond promptly and professionally to incoming customer inquiries by telephone/email.
2) Identifying customer needs.
3) Forwarding and handling escalating inquiries to relevant individuals and departments.
4) Punching orders from customer and update the database accordingly.
5) Establishing and maintaining good rapport with customers by using asserting language and anticipating their needs
6) Act as a resource and subject matter expert by maintaining a working knowledge of all Whealthyfy's service offerings and policies.
7) Ensure that there’s a smooth process on-going between the end to end consumers.
8) Generate client service reports for management.
9) Assist clients by demonstrating the use of program and handling customer queries.
Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 6 months
Salary: ₹7,500.00 per month
Schedule:
• Morning shift
COVID-19 considerations:
Office and all the common surfaces are sanitized effectively and regularly.
Ability to commute/relocate:
• Thane - 400604, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Education:
• Bachelor's (Preferred)
