Operation Executive:-
ABOUT THE ROLE: -
Ensuring proper on-boarding of every learner on the platform is seen through. Managing all communication supposed to reach our learners is disbursed on time, as per marketing or related team's instructions. Answering general queries on calls and emails on an ad hoc basis.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: -
1) Conceptualize strategy to ensure greater customer satisfaction
2) Define product roadmap for tools to enhance team efficiency
3) Analyze data and come up with new initiatives
4) Recruit team as required
Operational Tasks
1.Set up MIS based processes with the team to ensure timely execution of tasks as per above strategy
2.Collaborate with technical, marketing and other teams to ensure completion of tasks as per deadline
3.Execute tasks on your own (as required) provided a start up environment
4.Create SOP for Desk Collection/Reminder/CA/CS Team.
5.Regularly report the progress of team payment and personnel condition to the superior.
6.Monitor all kinds of end-day, end-week, and end-month collection staff business report.
7.Give motivation to your team to achieve their target.
8.Become a good relation between collection/ Reminder/ CS/ CA and management.
9.Develop the right collection wording.
10.Work on the post-sales as well
