Handle all daily operational support and should take appropriate actions to ensure the quality of the process is maintainedTelephonic communications with faculty and students/parents on basic operations communications or any announcements/changeCoordinate and follow-up on faculty and student(s) calendars to ensure smooth and daily timetable completionsMaintain the completed vs. allocated class schedule of groups and individualsEnsure the quality of the report is being maintained
Skills Needed
Basic knowledge of MS Excel to maintain daily-weekly-monthly reports for management reviewsBasic knowledge of Microsoft Office skills, including PowerPoint, Excel and WordAbility to discuss and convey information in a simple and understandable way at all levels
Qualifications:
Graduate with 0-2 yrs of experience
Compensation: 3LPA
