The Operations Executive will be largely responsible for a particular part of
the daily operations
Co-ordinate with various teams like Sales operations, Marketing, Creative teams etc but he or
she normally has direct access to the higher management.
Individuals working as an Operations Executive need to communicate with the
clients as well as higher management to prepare a execute the operational
tasks for the product to run efficiently.
Responsibilities
The roles and responsibilities of an Operation Executive have been listed below:
1. Operations Executive will be mainly a technical operations related work profile.
3. Your Operations strategies and objectives and ensure that the company will
effectively execute and reach its target.
4. Assisting various other higher executives for successful events.
Skills
Good problem solving and decision-making skills. This skill set is the most
important part in identifying problems within the processes and having the
capability to evaluate the relevant action required.
Should have basic knowledge of the audio – video components of a
computer/laptop and livestreaming of events. Should also have an
experience of working as a ZOOM Admin (min. 6months)-will be preferred
You should have strong communication skills.
Good leadership skills to effectively take control of an event, convince others
on business matters and be a good team player.
Educational Requirementss
Candidates applying for Operations Executive will require at least Bachelor’s
degree in Engineering. Telecommunication Engineers will be given priority.
