JOB DISCRIPTION:-
-Payable/ Receivable/ Book Keeping/TDS/ Taxation
-Serve as a change agent by driving the adoption of successful process improvement practices and by diagnosing barriers to project success and facilitating resolution.
-Clearly communicate opportunities where changes can be made and what are required to make those changes.
-Plan, roll-out, support and provide training to others in process improvement methodology.
Finalization of Company Accounts/Audit/ROC
Auditing financial records. Reviewing and certifying clients' book of accounts, balance sheets.
Co-coordinating with Statutory Auditors / Internal Auditors
-Preparation of MIS reports, variance analysis etc.
-Responsible for monthly / quarterly / annual closing
-Identify process gaps in existing system and initiate process improvements
