RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Leads and manages the office and marketing department by providing tasks, objectives, strategies, and projects.
-Set up for meetings, appointments, and interviews and regular follow ups.
-Drafting mails to Delegates, Clients and Executives on the basis of the organisation.
-Works with executives to incorporate marketing needs into overall company planning and strategy.
-Organizes and attends company-wide and marketing events.
-Managing the filing system, recording information as needed.
-Updating paperwork,word processing and maintaining documents.
-Performing general office clerk duties and errands.
-Keep track of employee information and maintain a database.
SKILLS:
Excellent Communication skills.
Ms Word, Excel
Creative thinking and implementation of ideas
Should be able to build good client relationships.
LOCATION: Indore (Work from Office)
Preferable: Females
Experience:1-3years
Salary: 1.5-3 LPA (Negotiable)
