Job Summary: We at Information Security Media Group (ISMG) are looking for dedicated professionals who can handle all the important responsibilities in Office Administration Department.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies
• Supervise administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure the performance
• Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management, whenever required
• Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages, etc.)
• Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
• Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
• Manage all the company assets and their security.
• Assist colleagues whenever necessary
• Timely reporting to the stakeholders
