Provide ongoing technical support to the business by troubleshooting reported problems.

Develop SOP documents for technical support incidents.

Handle emails, and tickets and be first responders to technical support issues.

Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams (e.g. software developers).

Prioritize and manage open issues.

Prepare accurate and timely reports.
