Mobile Application Developer Lead

Responsibilities ● Own the end-to-end mobile app development ● Ensure the app's performance, scalability, architecture, and technical debt are effectively managed ● Mentor and guide other developers ● Build tech processes to enhance app deployment ● Work with PMs and founders and estimate and own the deliverables of the App. Requirements ● 4+ years of professional experience working with React Native (You must have worked on apps with over 1 L MAU) ● Understanding of pixel-perfect UI, smooth animations, clean & modular code, latest enhancements in React Native community, and best practices ● Hands-on experience writing automated test cases ● Experience in working on native(Android) is a plus ● Experience in a startup environment is a huge bonus.
