Working Days - Mon to Sat Timing - 9:30 am to 6:30 pm JOB LOCATION : Pitampura JOB DESCRIPTION: - Provide support and maintenance to existing management information systems (MIS). - Generate and distribute management reports in accurate and timely manner. - Develops MIS documentation to allow for smooth operations and easy system maintenance. - Perform data analysis for generating reports on periodic basis. - Develop MIS system for customer management and internal communication. - Provide strong reporting and analytical information support to management team. - Generate both periodic and ad hoc reports as needed. - Analyze business information to identify process improvements for increasing business efficiency and effectiveness. - Provide support and assistance in issue troubleshooting and resolution. - Participate in cross-functional meetings to resolve recurring issues. - Coordinate with sales team on regular basis. - Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings, and propose improvements. - To maintain sales records and report goal setting to sales team managers. - Hands-on experience in preparing monthly sales reports, collections feedback, etc. - Making the Report Monthly / Quarterly/ Yearly. - Monitoring with Transporters/ Warehouse/ CNF Team/ Logistics Team for timely Dispatch. & Delivery. - Sales Team training for Customer Creation and Documentation Pay: ₹8,935.22 - ₹30,477.30 per month Benefits: - Health insurance - Paid sick time - Paid time off Schedule: - Day shift Ability to commute/relocate: - Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required) Education: - Bachelor's (preferred) Experience: - MIS: 2 years (required) Speak with the employer +91 8800461116 - Health insurance
