Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately and swiftly entering data into our systems, ensuring the integrity and quality of information. The Data Entry Specialist will work closely with other teams to support various projects and maintain organized, up-to-date records. Responsibilities: • Accurately enter data into databases, spreadsheets, and other systems following established procedures and guidelines. • Review and verify data for completeness, accuracy, and consistency. • Identify and correct errors in data entries, and escalate issues as needed. • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information. • Collaborate with team members to ensure data accuracy and consistency across projects. • Generate reports and summaries based on entered data. • Assist in the development and implementation of data entry processes and best practices. • Handle special data entry projects as assigned by the supervisor. • Respond promptly to data inquiries and provide support as needed. • Stay informed about data entry trends, technologies, and best practices. Qualifications: • Minimum 1 year of Proven experience as a Data Entry Specialist or similar role. • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. • Proficient in data entry software and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word). • Strong organizational and time-management skills. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Basic knowledge of data security and confidentiality principles. Work Timings: Monday to Friday (5 days a week) In Office Only - No Remote 9:00 AM IST - 6:00 PM IST
