MIS Executive

Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced MIS Executive with expertise in Google Sheets, App Scripting, Dashboard Creation, and proficiency in data visualization tools like Looker. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing data, creating automated processes, developing dashboards, and providing insightful reports to support strategic decision-making across the organization.

Responsibilities:

Data Management: Efficiently collect, organize, and maintain data using Google Sheets, ensuring accuracy and consistency.

App Script Development: Develop and implement custom scripts using Google App Script to automate data processes, streamline workflows, and enhance data integrity.

Dashboard Creation: Design and build interactive and visually appealing dashboards using Google Sheets, Looker, or other visualization tools to present key metrics and trends for various stakeholders.

Data Analysis: Analyze complex datasets using Google Sheets and Looker to derive actionable insights and recommendations.

System Maintenance: Ensure the smooth functioning and security of data by regularly updating and maintaining systems and databases.

Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimize data management processes, implement improvements, and enhance efficiency.

Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs, provide support, and deliver solutions aligned with business objectives.

Training and Support: Provide training and guidance to team members on using Google Sheets, App Scripting, Dashboard Maker, and Looker for data analysis and reporting.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
