Assisting HOD Admin with his follow-ups

Preparation of offer/Appointment letters /Salary Authorization/Promotion/Increment and dispatch

Full & Final settlement follow-up and papers

Field due/review/overdue of Appraisals.

ZM /RM Reports follow up

Training programs letters & follow up

Sales performance letters

ZM/RM/PSO personal files maintenance

Any other responsibilities if any.
