To handle complete MIS structure of the company - Create Macros according to Requirement of the company - SQL - Check and Sync reports - Downloading of Reports from Power BI - Creating data as per requirement related to HR / Admin & Management - Maintaining day to day activities on Google worksheet - Provide support and maintenance to existing management information systems (MIS) - Generate and distribute management reports in accurate and timely manner - Develops MIS documentation to allow for smooth operations and easy system maintenance - Provide recommendations to update current MIS to improve reporting efficiency and consistency - Provide strong reporting and analytical information support to management team - Generate both periodic and ad hoc reports as needed - Analyze business information to identify process improvements for increasing business efficiency and effectiveness Salary: ₹250,000.00 - ₹375,000.00 per year Benefits: - Health insurance - Leave encashment - Paid sick time - Provident Fund Schedule: - Day shift Supplemental pay types: - Yearly bonus Ability to commute/relocate: - New Delhi - 110001, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required) Education: - Bachelor's (preferred) Experience: - total work: 2 years (required
