Ltd.: Location:Mumbai: Business Vertical:Investment Banking: Desired experience:0-4 years: Roles and Responsibilities: - Data Management - To Collect, Organize and clean Data within timelines - Coordinate and aggressively follow up with all relevant teams and manage databases, if necessary raising appropriate queries with concerned parties - To maintain and update the database on a regular basis - Working closely with OOM on various organization initiatives - Effectively managing and providing necessary reports on various organization initiatives including but not limited to - CRM, HRMS, Travel - Working closely with Management on various tasks with an aggressive approach including doing all necessary follow-ups Job Competencies: - Familiarity with office organization and optimization techniques - High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability - Excellent written and verbal communication skills Integrity and professionalism - Interpersonal skills - Team working skills - Presentation skills, analytical and problem-solving skills Education: - Minimum Graduate ( preferred BSc IT
