• Develop the Trade plans and executing the Omni channel growth strategy with the Branch leadership team
• Field teams to drive the net sales brand objectives. Analyze the segment wise opportunity to grow the market share by building assortment by working closely with the brand team to drive new product GTM's, Brand strategy Visibility Initiatives Led the Quarterly Operational plans for the branch to deliver Business KPI
• Implement In-store Visibilities Tech enabled initiatives to drive digitization Energize field-force through innovative and exciting incentive plans that motivate them to tap the market opportunity and over deliver against the targets
We are looking for
• Candidates with GT sales and trade marketing experience
• Regional or state level experience ( mandatory)
• FMCG experience
• Open to candidates from Tier 1 B School( 2017/18) batches
[ We are also ok for non Premier B school school
