· Having 8+ years of Windows & Networking Engineer experience in supporting production environment including customer facing or customer support roles.

· Having Azure domain experiences is a big asset.

Technical

Skills:

· Remote access (Direct Access)

· Site-to-site VPN connectivity issues
·
Remote access (VPN, RRAS and CMAK)

· Knowledge and understanding of VPN, , DHCP, &DNS

· Remote Desktop Protocol

· Printing configuration and management

· App Locker, Hyper V, Task Scheduler

· WMI, DCOM and WINRM
