Job Description Summary As the Manager for Source (Modelling)Team, you will apply your knowledge of EMS, management and power systems modelling to lead the team to develop and deliver the projects/work items in the modelling area, in addition to your individual contributions for the projects/work items.

Role Summary
Lead a team of employees focused on Power systems modelling for various EMS projects.
Closely work with global stake holders including manager/SMEs from different regions to make sure that the team is effectively utilized
Identify and respond to professional growth needs for all team members and ensure they have the proper training to execute team deliverables.
Foster a work culture at all levels that is positive, collaborative, respectful, innovative, dynamic, with high integrity, and capable of driving positive change over sustained periods of time.
Contribute towards technical aspects in the areas of expertise
Provide support in hiring the right talent in accordance with the global requirements
Support/facilitate pre-sales activities in the areas of expertise.
Qualifications / Requirements
Master's / Doctorate degree from an accredited university in Electrical Engineering (Power Systems) or equivalent.
8+ years of experience in the area of Energy Management Systems or related areas out of which at least 2+ years of experience in people management / a role which had opportunities/ requirements to interact multiple stake holders.
Good knowledge on the modelling of power systems in the context of EMS projects.
Knowledge on scripting languages such as Python and/or Powershell and any RDBMS.
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to write professional and technical reports and procedures.
Ability to make formal and informal presentation to technical and non-technical staff and customers. Must be able to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization.
