Job Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Manager Content Writer. The Manager Content Writer will be responsible for developing content strategy, managing content creation and editing, managing a team of writers, and working closely with stakeholders to ensure content aligns with organizational goals. The Manager Content Writer will be located in Gurugram.
Responsible for the development and supervision of all marketing and communications strategies.
⦁ To Develop strategies to increase consumer engagement in banking and MFI business. Create brand awareness through marketing plans and advertising campaigns.
⦁ Research which marketing channels, social media platforms and means may reach our target audience r Design and execution of marketing plans - online and offline Marketing campaign management - online and offline.
⦁ Developing a comprehensive content strategy across multiple platforms including the company website, Content writing, graphic design, social media content plan, create and distribute.
⦁ Managing marketing budget Skill set Required 5+ years of experience in as a Content developer and marketing manager preferably in NBFC/MFI/Fintech/Payments industry.
⦁ Ability to understand and simplify complex technical and product/service requirements. Ability to participate in the co-creation Proficiency in MS Office and WordPress or other Content Management Software.
⦁ Understanding of web publishing requirements.
⦁ We believe product deck creation is an art and a product genre by itself. Hands on experience with SEO and web traffic metrics.
• Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or related field
