Roles And Responsibilities

➢ Understanding customer requirements and closing sales.

➢ Generating the need for financial products in prospects and helping them in getting the best products out of all those available across all Banks and NBFCs.

➢ Supporting a range of financial products over the phone.

➢ Becoming a SPOC from the filing of the application till its disbursal.

➢ Ability to learn about products and describe/explain them to prospective customers.

➢ Responding in a timely and effective manner to all for internal communication

➢ Ability to communicate effectively in English & Hindi language.
