Lead Software Developer

Objective :
Contribute in all phases of development lifecycle, do end to end process from requirement gathering to deployment, to propose changes to current .NET infrastructure & ensure designs are in compliance with specifications.
Key Responsibilities :
• Design and develop high-volume, low-latency applications for mission-critical systems, delivering high-availability and performance
• Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle
• Write well designed, testable, efficient code
• Ensure designs are in compliance with specifications
• Prepare and produce releases of software components
• Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies and presenting these for architectural review
Dimensions :
This has direct impact on SW applications used by home credit direct customers, partners and internal departments.
Required Skills :
• Software development life cycle
• Technologies – ASP.NET, WEB API, WCF, Oracle, SQL Server
• Strong in .NET basics inclusive of OOPS, Thread management and memory optimization.
• Ability to write clean and ridable code.
• Ability to take on ownership of large projects in very dynamic and adaptive environment
