Senior Recruiter will be responsible for managing recruitment for multiple lines of business and hiring top talent in a timely, efficient & cost-effective manner.

Partnering with leaders within the organization to track the ongoing hiring needs of their business
Identifying the sourcing pool and coming up with strategies to increase the funnel.
Ensure positions are filled within TAT.
Drive D&I practices across all lines of business
