Lead Full Stack Developer

What you will do:
• Work on independent features from coding to unit test cases as per specifications.
• Work on building/integrating in-house and 3rd Party APIs
• Ensure high quality of unit test cases and dev integration test cases
• Close coordination between product and tech to align product goals with tech implementation and manage tech deliverables
• Pro-active Instrumenting code to identify potential issues and troubleshooting thereby and to derive analytics as well(by pro-active coordination with respective teams)
• Responsible for maintaining the tech documentation
• Tech Task planning for dev members
• Be a mentor to the tech team
• Be on the ground with the tech support team as needed to understand and ideate solutions for proactive tech support and minimizing support incidents

• Frontend: JavaScript, React
• Backend: Node.js, AND/OR (elixir, python, golang, java, ruby and ready to work on any of the stacks listed here after upskilling)
• Database: PostgreSQL (including basic performance tuning)
• Concepts: Functional or OOProgramming skills, Clean Coding (min. good understanding of basic SOLID principles), Working knowledge of common design patterns
• Good to have: Redis, RabbitMQ, Cloud Technologies (as part of the experience
