Job Description: Job Title – Lead – Distribution Analytics Are you excited about analytics? Come join an agile, world-class analytics team and be a core team member that is responsible for measurement, analytics and insights designed to drive our Integrated Distribution strategy and execution The Purpose of This Role This role is within the Personal Investing business unit, called Customer Knowledge and Strategic Insights (CKSI). The MMA team supports the PI Distribution Organization particularly Wealth Management business across various initiatives, with decision driving analytics. As a part of the team, the associate will have the opportunity to inform strategy and direction of the business through sound data analytics. A self-starter who will work hands on with data and tools. The candidate will motivate change through compelling insights. The outputs of this role are highly visible. You are expected to stay up to date with Analytics Industry trends and Analytics tools. The Value You Deliver You will engage with Integrated Distribution leaders to provide analytical insights to drive stronger business outcomes You will provide actionable insights on business issues by conducting exploratory analysis on but not limited to associate and customer data You will design and package your recommendations, backed by storytelling, logical reasoning, and strong data insights, and present the same to partners and stakeholders The Skills that are Key to this role Technical / Behavioural 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in Customer/Measurement/Marketing analytics with knowledge on A/B testing and Campaign Measurement fundamentals Bachelor’s degree boosted by additional focused experience in Analytics, Consulting, Data Science etc. or education in areas like Statistics, Economics Demonstrated analytical skills with ability to create, work and summarize large data sets Critical thinking and structured problem solving Intellectual curiosity to understand the workings of business processes Experience in using data visualization tool (Tableau) Consistent performance of turning data into clear insights that inform decisions Convincing verbal/written communication and presentation skills Proficient at programming in languages like SQL and/or Python Effectively communicate and lead with influence Good to have – Digital Analytics Exposure How Your Work Impacts the Organization As a member of the Marketing Measurement and Analytics team, you will be part of an agile team focused on partnering with stakeholders in the distribution organization, delivering analytical solutions that uncover customer and rep insights, and influence business transformation. This work will drive transformed customer & associate experiences, ultimately impacting both revenue growth and costs savings for the firm.
