Job Purpose
• Engaging housekeeping staffs round the clock to upkeep of office premises and Restrooms.
• Housekeeping deployment chart.
• Inventory of housekeeping materials.
• Budgeting Monthly housekeeping consumables
• Checking attendance & deployment of Contract staff and turn out
• Providing ID card to employees as well as service provider.
• Validation of Register
• Monitoring Contract staff’s movements
• Monitoring Vendor staff’s movements
• Checking and Monitoring materials movements
• Ensuring Fire equipment’s placed in appropriate place
• Checking and ensuring fire extinguisher are filled
• Maintaining daily check list
• Maintaining tracker of Extinguishers placed details
• Checking daily Fire alarm panel working
• Checking daily smoke and heat detector working condition
• Conducting Annual Fire Evacuation drill training program
• Forming ERT members with organization
• Checking quality of food provided by vendor
• Checking hygiene of serving area and staffs
