LoginRadius is seeking a highly motivated, passionate, and well versed Director of People & Culture to join our HR team in our Jaipur, India office.

Your Role:

1. Take ownership of customer issues reported and see problems through to resolution

2. Follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the

appropriate internal teams

3. Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers

4. Ensure proper recording and closure of all issues

5. Prepare accurate and timely reports Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify

solutions to resolve customer issues

6. Document knowledge in the form of knowledge base tech notes and articles. Basic knowledge of different web technologies HTML, CSS & JavaScript.

7.Open to work in night shift.

8.Position will be based in Jaipur candidate should be open to relocate.

Requirement Summary:

Seeking to hire freshers

B.Tech/BCA or equivalent ( CS / IT Only)

Proven working experience in enterprise technical support, IT support or as a technical engineer

Strong problem-solving skills

Excellent client-facing skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Willing to work in night shift and weekend
