Job Description Roles & Responsibility
1. Lead a team of developers in designing, developing, and testing Java-based applications
2. Work with small teams, mentor and guide towards Best Practices.
3. Follow Best Practices like Test Driven Design, Unit Testing, Code Readability, Extensibility, etc.
4. Develop and maintain scalable and high-performance back-end services.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues
Essential Skills
1. At least 7 years of Software Development Experience.
2. Experience in leading a team of developers and delivering under intense deadlines.
3. Expert Knowledge of API Design and Development.
4. Good Knowledge of Server Side Technologies and Databases.
5. Good Knowledge of Web server Technologies.
6. Hands-on Experience in Containerisation and Container Orchestration.
7. Domain Knowledge of the Payment Industry is a Plus.
