Position: Java Developer with Spring Cloud Config
Job Summary:

We are looking for strong Sr Java developer to join our development team.

You will enhance existing custom built Java applications hosted on prem (but to migrated to AWS platform soon).

You will need to find simple and innovative solutions to solve complex business needs, through technologies.

Responsibilities:

Formulates and defines system scope and objectives through research and fact-finding to design, develop, modify, or integrate moderately complex information systems
Devises or modifies application systems and procedures to optimize functional requirements including capacity, operating time, response time, and form of desired results.
Designs, codes, tests, debugs, and documents programs, subroutines, and scripts.
May serve one or more project team roles, such as project lead, business systems analyst, or technical lead, for small to medium efforts.
Competent to work on most phases of applications systems analysis and programming activities
Maintains technical skill set for software languages, databases, platforms, operating systems, utilities and networks needed to support work assignments.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a Java Developer

• Experience with Spring Boot microservice, in addition to:

• Java 11

• JAX-RS provided by Apache CXF

• Apache Kafka consumers and producers

• JSON provided by Jackson

• Spring Cloud Config

• Spring Actuator

• Experience with AMP JMS/Kafka Bridge:

• Apache Active

MQ support

• IBM MQ support

• TIBCO EMS support

• Experience with Spring Boot Starter Test

• JUnit 5

• Mockito

• Experience with Apache Kafka provided by AWS MSK

• Experience with AWS Dynamo

DB & Streams

• Experience with Kubernetes

• Provided by AWS EKS

• Docker

• AWS App Mesh

• Experience with Cognito

• Experience with Lambda, Appsync
