Roles and responsibilities
Developing and maintaining all server-side components.
Collaborating with front-end developers on the integration of elements.
Developing high-performance applications by writing testable, reusable, and efficient code.
Implementing effective security protocols, data protection measures, and storage solutions.
Documenting the architecture and development processes, including database schemas, as well as preparing reports.
Keeping oneself updated with advancements and upgrades in the field of open source community.
Maintain the coding standards and being compliant with the code quality tools
Able to write test cases and perform unit testing and performance testing for the developed modular components
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to establish rapport with immediate team members, product heads and stakeholders
Qualifications and requirements
3+ years of experience writing Java APIs
Experience in building mobile and web products.
Experience integrating with Restful web services
Experience building transactional systems and strong understanding of software architecture
Fluency in cutting edge IDEs and good control of deployment tools
Detailed knowledge of Design Patterns and application of them is a must
Skills to present one’s effort efficiently is a plus
Strong proficiency in: Distributed systems, Low- latency services, NoSQL and relational databases
Experience with messaging frameworks is a Plus, e.g. Kafka, RMQ, AMQ
Microservices Experience is a Plus
Strong communication skill
