Job Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled Backend Developer with 5-10 years of experience in individual contributing role. The candidate should have strong experience in Spring Boot, Microservices, Java, PCF/Cloud, and Kafka. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining highly scalable and reliable backend systems for our products.
Primary Skills:
• Strong experience in Backend Development with Spring Boot, Microservices Java, SQL.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience working in an individual contributing role.
• Ability to design, develop, and maintain highly scalable and reliable backend systems.
Good to have:
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Experience with GitHub for version control.
• Experience with Sonar for code quality analysis.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and maintain highly scalable and reliable backend systems.
• Write high-quality, clean, and maintainable code.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues.
• Ensure that the systems meet the required performance, quality, and security standards.
• Continuously improve the code quality and maintainability of the systems.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
Education and Experience:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 5-10 years of relevant experience in Backend Development.
