Location: Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune, Bangalore

Salary: Upto 40 LPA

Tech Lead

(ReactJS/Java/Microservices/SpringMVC/Springboot/CI_CD/AWS & Design Knowledge)

· 10-12 years of proven project experience.

· Significant experience with Java, J2EE, Spring MVC, Springboot Microservices, Kafka/ JMS/IBM MQ, App Server, and AWS Cloud.

· Demonstrate thought leadership and end to end ownership.

· Mentor / Guide and ensure team achieves their Sprint and release goals.

· Ensure the Team maintains 100% compliance on Engineering Excellence such as code coverage, best practices, and reusable components.

· Worked on source code management such as SVN, GIT, Bit Bucket and good knowledge of CI/CD pipeline.

· Work with multiple teams and interact with Development Project Manager, the development, testing, and production support teams, as well as other departments.

· Able to handle few team members in terms of technical aspects.

Design & review code, test, document and implement application release projects as part of development team.

· Work with onsite development partners to participate in design and architecture for key enterprise applications to ensure deliver software on time, to required standards and as per the design documentation.

· Proactively notify Development Project Manager of risks, bottlenecks, problems, issues, and concerns.

· Will work closely with Quality Control teams to deliver quality software to agreed project schedules.

· Work with BA and understand all functional and technical requirements of the project.

· Excellent verbal & written communication skills across both technology and business.

· Good Experience in Agile Methodologies, Scrum ceremonies and tools like JIRA, Confluence etc…

Primary Technical Skillset: Good Hands on with ReactJS/Redux/Java/SpringMVC/Microservices/Springboot/CI_CD/AWS/Designing /JIRA

Secondary Skillset: Aurora DB/DLDB/Jquery/CSS
