Job description:

1 Assessing the technical needs of staff or clients

2 Establishing and maintaining strong relationships across teams and with staff/clients

3 Measure service satisfaction levels

4 Managing and upholding the troubleshooting escalation process

5 Managing hardware and software

6 Resolving system and application issues

7 Assisting with IT equipment sourcing and budgeting

8 Occasionally working with third parties to rectify issues

9 Identifying gaps in the support process and amending it accordingly
