Job Description and Skills Required :

End to End Recruitment in IT Field for various requirements.
Follow up with candidates, Search and source quality resumes from in-house databases, social media network websites, headhunting, indeed & other free job portals.
Sourcing and screening potential candidates from job portals, & other resources.
Must know how to recruit from consultancies, institutes & colleges.
Calling the candidates to lineups for the interviews.
Good Communication skills in English
Target achiever.
Proactive in approach
Day-shift

Note: - Candidate should have their own Laptop.
