IT Full Stack Developer - Clariant

Responsibilities

Team management
• Educate team on emerging Development Methods to delivering successful solutions
• Close relationship with adjacent areas such as Business Users, other application or infrastructure Sub domains
• Develop, implement and support Software Solutions
• Manage and present requirements / results well and inspire your audience

People Management
• Work directly with product owners, customers, and team members
• Should be a friendly communicative person and work in a customer-focused manner
• Have an entrepreneurial spirit and think strategically

Processes
• Close collaboration with the Business requestors
• Implement and conduct user acceptance tests and drive optimization
• Translate customer requirements into conceptual designs
• Prioritize requirements together with the customer

Technology
• Knowledge of agile methodology and frameworks like Scrum and V-Model etc.
• Professional knowledge of software development processes and procedures
• Develop mockups
• Professional skills in frontend and backend technologies like PowerApps, JavaScript or HTML5,java etc.

Education

Requirements
• Degree in computer science or equivalent, or 5 years experience in similar role. Experiences in Responsive Design (HTML 5, CSS, JS) and knowledge of Mobile Development.

Business Experience
• 5 yrs in software development.
• International cross-culture exposure and ability to communicate effectively at all levels of an organization
