Educational Qualification – Any Graduate

Shift- Flexible

Notice period- Immediate/30 Days Preferably

Job Description
• Audit the number of cases as mandated by the client and track performance
• Review calls/completed cases for adherence to internal/regulatory guidelines
• Record feedback on Agents & his/her areas of improvements
• Bring in necessary changes to the process and constant updating of core process
• Attend calibrations sessions both internal and with the clients

• Good communication skills • Attention to details
• Computer Savvy - MS office & Internet
• Good comprehension skills
• Willingness to work in shifts
• Analytical Thinking & skills
• Knowledge of sampling methodology
• Knowledge of QC tools
