• Customer service associate- International voice process
• International Voice Process
• Inbound & Outbound
• Upselling
JOB ROLE
• Customer service associate- Handling inbound calls for the various process.
• Service/sales
• Customer Handling and closing the issues by resolving them.
• Service support.
IDEAL CANDIDATE SHOULD:
• Have excellent English communication skills-
• Should be able to speak English fluently.
• Work from office
• Fix Saturday & Sunday off
• Can join immediately
• Should hold all relevant documents.
• Both freshers & work experienced can apply with relevant documents (offer letter, relieving letter and pay slips)
• Experience in BPO domain is preferred.
• Both doses vaccinated with certificate
• DETAILS-
• CTC expectations- 180000 to 400000
• Unlimited incentives based on upselling.
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary: ₹12,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
