Applicants who have passed out of college and have no professional training/experience is hired as interns.
And those who have professional training/experience are hired as trainees.
Required Experience and Qualifications
For Interns: B.E.(Computer and IT), Diploma(Computer and IT), BCA
For Trainees: B.E.(Computer and IT), Diploma(Computer and IT), BCA, MCA, Certified Course(Mandatory)
