Role Description

This is a contract remote Instructor role at eHotel Management School. The Instructor will be responsible for creating and delivering instructional materials, facilitating engaging and impactful learning experiences, designing and grading assessments, and participating in course development and maintenance. The Instructor will also be responsible for providing constructive feedback and support to students to maximize their learning potential.

Qualifications
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in the hospitality industry
• Experience in teaching or instructional design
• Understanding of online learning and instructional design principles
• Ability to create engaging and impactful learning experiences
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Hospitality Management, Education, or a related field
• Relevant certifications, such as Certified Hospitality Educator or Certified Hotel Administrator, are a plus
