India Treasury Manager

The Country Treasury Manager in close cooperation with Regional & Corporate Treasury departments and from time to time with Business Financing Functions of Treasury (Project Export Finance, Front Office for FX & Bonds and Guarantees) cover the various aspects of local treasury including:
• Cash Forecasts, maintaining access to liquidity including thru local banking lines
• Manage FX exposure and FX Hedging Locally including capacity and bonding lines as needed to operate the business
• preparing relevant assessment (cash Forecasts, FX exposures…) / documentation / studies…as soon as tender stage to help tender costing (FX, B&G…) and financial risk assessment and financing of the future projects
Country treasurers support Corporate Treasury in rolling out the group processes and tools, ensuring control over cash, optimizing the affiliates balance sheet structure including working capital initiatives, dividend campaign, capitalization, central or local funding, implementing the group bank relationship policy.
Key accountabilities:
• Management of all local treasury matters, processes and policies, providing advice to the Country/Region management and Corporate on treasury implication of projects and statutory issues
• Proactively Ensures financing and liquidity of the different legal entities in his / her scope, in close relationship with regional & corporate treasury especially as far as intercompany financing, banks selection, interest rates and margins negotiation are concerned.
• Drive the Cash Flow Forecasting in coordination with the FP&A team, by legal entities and raise advanced alerts to regional / central treasury, find ways and means to optimize the working capital requirements locally.
• Actively participate in the Bonds and Guarantees local lines negotiation, Issuance, amendment, cancellation and reporting. Ensure that the requirements of Bonds and Guarantees are meet in time bound manner as per the tender / contract requirement within the approved framework. Manage the BG limits in coordination with Regional / Corporate treasury
• Ensure Compliance with the approved risk management framework related to Foreign Currency Hedging, more specifically for all hedges booked onshore along with the compliance with prescribed guidelines of the Reserve Bank of India
• Monitor and Ensure smooth banking service for Trade Finance matters, related to Import and Export, GR Waivers, Bill of Entries
