The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for managing and implementing HR policies, employee benefits, personnel management, and HR management.Location: Okhla Industrial Estate, New Delhi (Work from office)Experience: Minimum 2 yearsQualificationsStrong knowledge of Human Resources (HR) practices and principlesExperience in HR management and personnel management (Minimum 2 years)Ability to manage and implement HR policies and employee benefitsA high level of organizational skills and attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to multitask and prioritize tasks effectivelyStrong problem-solving skills, with an ability to analyze situations and provide effective solutionsHR certification or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field would be beneficial
