The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for managing and implementing HR policies, employee benefits, personnel management, and HR management. Location: Okhla Industrial Estate, New Delhi (Work from office) Experience: Minimum 2 years Qualifications • Strong knowledge of Human Resources (HR) practices and principles • Experience in HR management and personnel management (Minimum 2 years) • Ability to manage and implement HR policies and employee benefits • A high level of organizational skills and attention to detail • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively • Strong problem-solving skills, with an ability to analyze situations and provide effective solutions • HR certification or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field would be beneficial
