Required HR Manager from Automobile Sector
Meet the recruitment requirement of the organisationDevelop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with it.Design compensation structure and benefit packages for Employees/Interns.Implement performance review proceduresImplement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniquesAssess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees.Monitor the HR department's budget and targets.Act as the point of contact regarding labour legislation issuesManage employees’ grievancesCreate Strategies and run referral bonus programsMaintain employee retention and turnover ratesOversee daily operations of the company as and when required.
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
